Nicola enjoys treating a range of people from newborns to the elderly. She is passionate about what Osteopathy can bring to a persons wellbeing and has an interest in nutrition and overall health.

​

She enjoys using a gentle approach to her treatments using soft tissue, gentle articulation, manipulations (if and when required) balanced ligamentous techniques and cranial osteopathy.

​

She has done further education in treating babies and children and has used her osteopathic skills in third world countries such as Thailand and Cambodia and Nepal.

​

Nicola enjoys getting into the outdoors whether it is walking, tramping or cycling. 

​

She is excited about being able to work with you to help you to get back to optimal health.
